Swimming Pool Repairs & Services
Pool Opening includes:
​-removal of water/debris from on top of pool cover
-cleaning and removal of cover, and folding up of cover
​-add shock to pool (chemicals provided by Stan's Pools & Yards)
-run garden hose to fill up pool
-light pilot on heater
Pool Vacuuming* Weekly/Vacation Service includes:
-skim water surface to remove debris
-vacuum pool
-brush sides of pool
-scrub stairs
-empty skimmer and pump baskets
-backwash pool filter
-check circulation equipment, pump and filter to ensure operating properly
*only the first two tasks are completed at time of pool opening or closing when pool vacuuming is requested

Pool Closing includes:
​-lower water to winterizing level
-remove circulation fittings and deck equipment
-drain pool equipment and plumbing 
-add closing chemicals (chemicals provided by Stan's Pools & Yards)
​-install winter cover
Leak Detection is performed by:
-performing pressure testing of the pool lines
                              and / or
-if the pool liner is suspected to be leaking, then a LeakTrac device is used.  It will find even the smallest pinhole leaks in minutes. No need to waste time visually inspecting every inch of a liner. 
​-the LeakTrac finds leaks by putting a small electrical charge into the pool water, then tracking the flow of electricity as it makes connections to the ground through conductive penetrations in the liner, making a sound when a hole is found.
